AdPower® Optimizer Seven Year Warranty Information

Global - Green Energy Solutions, Inc. provides that, if within Seven (7) years from the installation date, this product fails due to a defect in a material or workmanship or is damaged by lightning, Global - Green Energy Solutions, Inc. will repair or replace the defective unit free of charge.

The Seven (7) Year Warranty will not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.
  • Units which have been opened, taken apart, or subjected to unauthorized repair.
  • Units which not have been installed by a licensed electrician or used in accordance to the National Electric Code Article #: 460 (NEC).
  • Riots, civil disturbances, war, or other related acts of God.

This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of the installed units, and although this warranty outlines specific legal rights, your actual rights may vary from state to state.
